2026 Lunar New Year Extravaganza Raffle: Official Rules

參加資格：
• 每張抽獎券售價為 加幣 $2.00 元
• 購買者必須年滿 18 歲
• 抽獎券必須在亞伯達省（Alberta）境內購買及銷售

抽獎程序及獲獎限制：
• 幸運抽獎： 將於 2026 年 2 月 7 日及 8 日舉行，每天設有三 (3) 個抽獎時段。
• 單張票券獲獎限制： 每張抽獎券限中一次幸運獎項。一旦該彩票被抽中獲得幸運獎後，將不再參與後續的幸運抽獎。
• 50/50 終極大獎： 將於2026 年 2 月 8 日活動結束前進行結算及抽獎。
• 終極大獎參加權： 所有已售出的彩票存根（包括已贏取過幸運獎的彩票）均會自動進入最後的 50/50 終極大獎抽獎箱。


獎項說明
• 幸運抽獎： 獎項包括1oz TD馬年紀念銀幣、現金奬、金漢龍廷大酒樓$200餐飲禮券、T&T購物禮券及Costco Executive一年會藉。獎品必須按原樣領取，除特別聲明外，不得兌換現金。
• 50/50 大獎： 得獎者將獲得為期兩天活動中，總彩票銷售總額的 50% 作為現金獎金。

領獎通知
• 抽獎時得獎者無需親身在場。
• 若得獎者不在現場，點問頓中華文化中心 (ECMCC) 將根據彩票存根上提供的聯絡資料與得獎者聯繫。
• 得獎者須在30 天內領取獎項。逾期未領取的獎項將按照 AGLC 法規處理。

一般條款
• 點問頓中華文化中心 (ECMCC) 負責本抽獎活動的執行與管理。
• 凡購買抽獎券者，即表示同意遵守以上條款與細則。

Eligibility：
• Tickets are $2.00 each.
• Ticket purchasers must be 18 years of age or older.
• Tickets must be purchased and sold within Alberta.

The Draw Process & Prize Limits：
• Lucky Draw Sessions: There will be three (3) sessions per day on February 7 and 8, 2026.
• One Prize Per Ticket Rule: Each ticket is eligible to win a maximum of one (1) Lucky Draw prize. Once a ticket has been drawn for a lucky prize, it will not be eligible for subsequent lucky prize draws.
• 50/50 Grand Prize: The 50/50 draw will take place at the end of the event on February 8, 2026.
• Grand Prize Eligibility: ALL ticket stubs (including those that have already won a Lucky Draw prize) will be entered into the final 50/50 Grand Prize draw.


Prizes
• Lucky Draw: Prizes consist of 1 oz TD Year of the Honourable Horse Silver Coins, Cash Prizes, Dynasty Century Palace Restaurant $200 Gift Certificate, T&T Gift Cards and Costco 1-Year Executive Membership. Prizes must be accepted as awarded; no cash substitutions unless otherwise stated.
• 50/50 Prize: The winner will receive 50% of the total gross ticket sales collected over the two-day event.

Winner Notification
• Winners do not need to be present at the time of the draw to win.
• If a winner is not present, the Edmonton Chinatown Multicultural Centre (ECMCC) will contact the winner using the information provided on the ticket stub.
• Winners have 30 days to claim their prize. Unclaimed prizes will be handled in accordance with AGLC regulations.。

General Conditions
• The Edmonton Chinatown Multicultural Centre (ECMCC) is responsible for the conduct and management of the raffle.
• By purchasing a ticket, the purchaser agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
